SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES THROUGHOUT NEW ZEALAND
$10 NZ Post Courier Delivery (2-3 working days)
Your order will be sent on a priority service. In most cases you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days to main centres in New Zealand. You will receive a tracking number by email.
$15 Rural NZ Post Courier Delivery (Approx 2-3 working days)
A courier NZ Post service with a delivery target of 2-3 working days throughout rural areas of New Zealand. You will receive a tracking number by email.
ADDITIONAL INFO
"Working day" means Monday to Friday. No Saturday deliveries or deliveries on public holidays. Please expect delays during Christmas, Easter, sale periods or Covid 19 restrictions (updated regularly).
Deliveries are by NZ Post - all items can be tracked on their website. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been scanned by the courier depot - usually in the afternoon.
All our orders are carefully wrapped presentably. If you would like a note included with your order, please let us know.

Due to the global Covid situation, there are delays and additional costs for international shipping. Please contact us at hello@adoreabelles.co.nz if you would like to place an international order and we will investigate shipping costs and set up a custom order for you. We can not guarantee a delivery date due to the delays with other countries' freight services.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes or custom charges.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. We will however do all we can to help you trace your package.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns for faulty items or printing errors. We will provide either a replacement, a refund, or a store credit as required.
We can NOT accept returns on our printed items for sizing reasons or change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing an order.
Sizing is standard NZ sizing. Please select what you would usually select for your child, or the next size up for a relaxed fit/ room for growth, or size down for a snug/tighter t shirt fit.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return a faulty/misprinted item from the date you received it. Email hello@adoreabelles.co.nz with return details and a reason and you will be provided with a return address. It is important that you retain the tracking number of your returned items in case of issues with post (lost items).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with any attached tags.
Your item needs to have the following information enclosed with your return for staff to be able to process your return efficiently:

We will notify you on the status of your return after we have received and inspected the item.
When your return is approved and you have requested a refund, we will initiate a refund to the same method of payment that was used to place the order.
You will receive the credit in normal bank clearance time.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item.
If your item is in fact faulty, we will cover the shipping costs (up to the standard $8 fee that we incur) - these will be included in your refund.
