Thanks for shopping at Adore a’Belles NZ.  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns for faulty items or incorrect sizing. If the item can not be exchanged we will issue a refund. Sorry, we do not accept returns due to a ‘change of mind’.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Post your return to Adore a’Belles 142 Beach Road, Haumoana, Hastings 4102 in a tracked (or courier tracked) post bag.  It is important that you retain the tracking number of your returned items in case of issues with post (lost items).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging with any attached tags. 

If the item is heavily creased, a $5 steam / correction charge may be applied.

 

Your item needs to have the following information enclosed with your return for staff to be able to process your return efficiently:

(If store credit is required we will immediately email you a code for the credit amount to use on the website)

Refunds
We will notify you on the status of your refund after we have received and inspected the item.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same method of payment that was used to place the order.
You will receive the credit in normal bank clearance time.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item is in fact faulty, we will cover the shipping costs (up to the standard $7.20 tracked fee that we incur) - these will be included in your refund.
