ADORE A’BELLES RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Adore a’Belles NZ.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We
accept returns for faulty items or incorrect sizing. If the item can not
be exchanged we will issue a refund. Sorry, we do not accept
returns due to a ‘change of mind’.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it.
Post your return to Adore a’Belles 142 Beach Road, Haumoana,
Hastings 4102 in a tracked (or courier tracked) post bag.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with any attached tags.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (an order
confirmation will have been emailed to you).
It is important that you retain the tracking number of your returned
items in case of issues with post (lost items).

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank
account - please ensure you have provided us with those details.
You will receive the credit in normal bank clearance time.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs
for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item is in fact faulty, shipping costs will be included in your
refund.
Please note that the total order amount will be considered when
issuing a refund. i.e if your total order is under $100 after the refund,
then shipping costs will be incurred. The benefit of ‘free shipping’ is
for customers who spend over $100 with us.
