Shipping policy
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We ship within New Zealand only, including rural addresses. We do not offer international shipping. Once your order is prepared and your parcel is ready to be couriered, we send it using an overnight NZ Post courier service. Overnight refers to courier transit after dispatch, not the time from placing your order. Rural deliveries may take longer.
You will receive a tracking number by email at the end of the working day that your order was dispatched - this is when it should be scanned and available for tracking on the NZ Post website.
"Working day" is Monday - Friday. We do not guarantee next day delivery or offer Saturday delivery, sorry.
If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email.
We carefully wrap each of your orders. If you would like to include a note with your order, please leave a message when placing your order or email us at hello@adoreabelles.co.nz

PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Custom/personalised items are carefully made for you by hand. Therefore please expect a further two working days for processing of your entire order.
SHIPPING COSTS NZ
- FREE NZ nationwide shipping on orders $50+, including rural addresses.
- $10 NZ Post courier delivery for standard addresses on orders under $50.
- $15 NZ Post courier delivery for rural addresses on orders under $50.
Order preparation and any printing or personalisation happen before dispatch. Once your parcel is ready, it is sent using an overnight courier service. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed, and rural deliveries may take longer. Tracking information is sent by email once your parcel has been scanned by the courier.
