Shipping policy

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Deliveries are by NZ Post: Courier (delivery target 2-5 working days) Please allow an extra day if you are in the South Island.

You will receive a tracking number by email at the end of the working day that your order was dispatched - this is when it should be scanned and available for tracking on the NZ Post website. 

"Working day" is Monday - Friday. We do not guarantee next day delivery or offer Saturday delivery,  sorry.

If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email. 

We carefully wrap each of your orders. If you would like to include a note with your order, please leave a message when placing your order or email us at hello@adoreabelles.co.nz 

Please be advised that during Christmas time or a sale period, shipping times may vary.  

PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Custom/personalised items are carefully made for you by hand. Therefore please expect a further two working days for processing of your entire order. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS NZ

$10 NZ Post Courier Delivery (Approx 2-5 working days)

Your order will be sent on a priority service. You will be sent the tracking information by email once it has been scanned by the Courier. 
In most cases you should receive your goods within 2-5 working days to main centres in New Zealand after placing your order. Please allow an extra day to South Island.
