Change-of-mind returns

We accept returns of non-faulty, non-personalised items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please email hello@adoreabelles.co.nz before sending an item back so we can provide the return address.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. The customer is responsible for return postage. Please keep your postage tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know whether the return is approved and, if so, refund the item using the original payment method.

We do not accept change-of-mind or sizing returns on personalised or printed-to-order items. Please check names, details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, please email hello@adoreabelles.co.nz with your order number and details of the problem. We’ll work with you to put it right in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. The 14-day change-of-mind period and the unused/original-packaging conditions above do not limit those rights..
