These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Adore a’Belles online store. By placing an order through Adore a’Belles online store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the Site Terms, you may not use Adore a’Belles online store. 


All product prices on Adore a’Belles online store are provided in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs. For more information regarding delivery dates and times including international shipping please refer to our SHIPPING page . Please note Adore a’Belles has no control over any customs or import duties that may be added when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.


All items showing as available on Adore a’Belles online store are generally ready for immediate dispatch and therefore will be promptly custom made and delivered.  We will inform you immediately if the goods you have ordered are not available.

To be notified when an out of stock order is back in stock please email us at and we will keep you updated. It’s a good idea to also sign up to our newsletter.


Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card via PayPal and Stripe. We also accept payment by Afterpay. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud. If you are a NZ customer, you can also select 'bank deposit' - you will be given our bank details for Adore a’Belles on the following pages.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns for faulty items or printing errors.  We will provide either a replacement, a refund, or a store credit as required.

We can NOT accept returns on our printed items for sizing reasons or change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing an order.

Sizing is standard NZ sizing. Please select what you would usually select for your child, or the next size up for a relaxed fit/ room for growth, or size down for a snug/tighter t shirt fit.

You have 14 calendar days to return a 
faulty/misprinted item from the date you received it.
Email with return details and a reason and you will be provided with a return address. 
It is important that you retain the tracking number of your returned items in case of issues with post (lost items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with any attached tags.

Your item needs to have the following information enclosed with your return for staff to be able to process your return efficiently:

We will notify you on the status of your return after we have received and inspected the item.
When your return is approved and you have requested a refund,
we will initiate a refund to the same method of payment that was used to place the order.
You will receive the credit in normal bank clearance time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item.
If your item is in fact faulty, we will cover the shipping costs (up to the standard fee that we incur) - these will be included in your refund.

We take care to check your purchase for any faults before delivering them to you. But if for some reason your item is faulty, please return within 7 days from the date of your order delivery. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will offer you either an Adore a’Belles credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.


We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the details on this website.

We do not record credit card details; payments are processed by PAYPAL and Stripe which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the worlds most secure payment methods.

Yes we most certainly can do gift vouchers. We can email the voucher direct to yourself or the recipient with a personalised message or we can print and post it to you or the recipient on request. If you are buying an item from our website as a gift for someone, please get in touch with us as soon as you have placed your order as we are happy to enclose a message with the gift.  Please email us at


We recommend that all items as such are treated 'delicately' when washing - either a gentle cold or warm hand wash or on a special delicate cycle in the machine.

Please do not tumble dry or wring. Dry flat (not pegged) and not in full sun.  Iron with a wet cloth or on a low setting on reverse side. Please avoid bleaches and chlorine.

Following these care instructions will preserve the life of your special outfit and its quality.
