SHIPPING
Deliveries are by NZ Post courier service (2 - 3 working days). You will receive a tracking number after your parcel has been scanned by the courier driver and is on its way to you.
"Working day" is Monday - Friday. We do not do Saturday deliveries, sorry.
We do our best to post the same day as payment is received (for orders received by 10am) . Please notify us if your order is urgent. Sorry but we can not offer a same day service.
If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email.

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
$7 NZ Post Courier Delivery (Approx 2 working days)
Your order will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information once it has been scanned by the courier service.
In most cases you should receive your goods within 2 working days after placing your order but please allow 3 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery in NZ, particularly if you live Rural or in the South Island.
**AUSTRALIA
$30 Flat Rate
International Courier Post is tracked and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is sent from NZ ( usually same day). Delivery times can vary. The target delivery is 2-6 working days.
**REST OF THE WORLD
$50 Flat Rate
International shipping is by Courier which has a delivery target of 6 working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been sent from NZ (within 1-2 working days).
We are not responsible for any additional taxes or custom charges.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. We will however do all we can to help you trace your package.

Due to the global situation, there are substantial delays and additional costs for international shipping. As the situation is progressing, we are not forewarned of extra costs that may be required to ship your order until the day we go to send it. We will be in touch if this is the case for your delivery address. We certainly can not guarantee a delivery date due to the delays with other countries freight services.
