SHIPPING

 

Deliveries are by NZ Post Courier service (non signature) which has a target delivery of 1-2 working days.  An overnight service is available please see rates below)

We do our best to post the same day as payment is received (for orders received by 2.00pm)  If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email. 

Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon may not be processed by NZ Post until Monday. 

We carefully wrap each of your orders. If you would like to include a note with your order, please leave a message when placing your order.  If you would like your order urgently, please also leave a message with your order or email us at hello@adoreabelles.co.nz and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Please note that during Christmas time or a sale period, shipping times may vary. 

 

 

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND


$7 NZ Post Courier Delivery (1-2 days)
Your order will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information once shipped.
In most cases you should receive your goods the next day but please allow 2 working days for delivery in NZ, particularly if you live Rural or in the South Island.

$16  NZ Post Overnight Delivery

Need your parcel in a hurry? For $16 we will ensure you receive your order the very next day (for orders placed before 2.00pm). Your order will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information once shipped.


AUSTRALIA
$30 Flat Rate
International Courier Post is tracked and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is sent from NZ ( usually same day). Delivery times can vary. The target delivery 2-6 working days. If you would prefer a tracked or faster service, please email us at hello@adoreabelles.co.nz

REST OF THE WORLD
$50 Flat Rate
We can ship anywhere! International shipping is by Courier which has a delivery target of 6 working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been sent from NZ (within 1-2 working days).

We are not responsible for any additional taxes or custom charges.

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. We will however do all we can to help you trace your package.
